Born and raised in Mexico, our founder Daisy, had a passion to shine a light on the beauty of the country she grew up in. In 2018, after traveling to Chiapas, Mexico and seeing first hand the amazing talents of artisan men and women, the idea of La Patrona was born. La Patrona officially launched in November 2019 at Mujeres Mercado, the largest Latina market in Arizona! At that time we had no idea what we were doing (and quite honestly, there’s still a lot we are learning). We just had a dream and a passion to shine light on the beauty of our Mexican 🇲🇽 culture that we are so proud of.

Hello, my name is Blanca and it’s a pleasure to have you here! MexiKrafts comes about in a very particular manner. My love for leather purses began at an early age when my parents would buy me a leather backpack every year for school in Tijuana, Mexico. I can still remember the smell of the leather and how it felt to break it in every year. Fast forward to three years ago and I recall falling in love once more with a leather backpack from designer Cristina Orozco. I became an avid client of Topalli owned by Paola Zayas in Tijuana. She notices my love for the designs and offers me to become a distributor in San Diego. It took her a few months to convince me but when I decided to go for it she was my mentor and support. She really pushed me to take a chance and become a distributor and do something that I truly enjoyed and felt proud of!” Entrevista: http://sdvoyager.com/interview/meet-blanca-sepulveda-mexikrafts-san-diego/ Please feel free to fall in love with these beautiful and high quality purses, as well as to contact me with any question, comments, or reviews. Hablo Español!
